Looking for an engaging, hands-on activity that combines creativity, entrepreneurship, and ag education? This interactive workshop will guide participants through the process of planning and implementing a successful floral bouquet bar experience within an ag education or horticulture program. Participants will learn strategies for flower selection, sourcing materials, organizing a bouquet bar setup, pricing products for profitability, and creating a memorable customer experience. During the workshop, attendees will participate in a mini flower bar activity by designing and creating their own bouquet while learning practical tips that can be directly applied in the classroom, greenhouse, floral design lab, plant sale, or student-run floral shop. This session will provide educators with ideas to enhance classroom/laboratory instruction, support student entrepreneurship and work-based learning opportunities, and strengthen program marketing and community engagement.
