Agricultural education is uniquely positioned to cultivate curiosity through hands-on learning, real-world problem solving, and authentic experiences. However, many classrooms still struggle with student engagement when learning becomes focused solely on compliance and task completion. This interactive workshop explores how inquiry-based learning can transform agricultural education classrooms by placing student questions at the center of instruction. Participants will engage in inquiry activities modeled after real agricultural scenarios from welding, horticulture, animal science, and agriscience classrooms.
