As agricultural education programs continue to grow, multi-teacher departments are becoming increasingly common. While these programs offer expanded opportunities for students, they also present unique challenges in communication, program management, and shared responsibilities. This workshop will provide practical strategies for building effective multi-teacher programs that enhance student success, strengthen program quality, and support teacher sustainability. Participants will explore real-world examples, proven systems, and collaborative structures that improve efficiency across classroom instruction, FFA advisement, and SAE supervision. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to implement immediately within their own programs.
