National FFA Chapter Connect is a yearlong program that pairs chapters from different backgrounds, across the country, to build relationships, collaborate, and learn from one another through shared experiences. Discover how this initiative fosters meaningful connections while strengthening student leadership and advisor practice. This session will highlight the program's structure and core experiences, alongside a panel of advisors who participated in Chapter Connect and will share their learning and impact. Participants will explore practical ways to adapt program elements through local partnerships, virtual exchanges, or collaborative projects, to fit their own classrooms or programs. All participants will gain strategies for building inclusive environments, facilitating collaboration, and expanding student perspectives while strengthening their own instructional and leadership practices.
