Agricultural Education programs are among the most visible and impactful programs in a school, yet many teachers struggle to communicate their value, document their success, and advocate effectively for resources and support. This workshop helps Ag teachers understand how administrators evaluate programs, make decisions, allocate resources, and identify excellence. Participants will leave with practical strategies to better showcase their programs, prepare for evaluations, use data effectively, and build stronger relationships with school leadership.
